Country Boys offers a 24 hour return on these plants due to their fragile nature. They must be in their original condition and in their original container with tags, unplanted, and with a receipt
Guarantee is void if:
Plants are damaged from neglect, misuse, animals, herbicides, or act of nature. A store credit will be issued upon receipt of the plant with the original sales receipt. Sorry, no cash refunds. Refunds will be offered in the same form as original payment. Sorry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without an original paid receipt.
Garden Shop Return Policy
Country Boy’s gladly accepts returns from the Garden Shop with original paid receipt as follows:
- Merchandise be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging with tags: 100% full refund within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
- Refunds will be offered in the same form as original payment.
- Sorry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without an original paid receipt.
Christmas Shop Return Policy
Country Boy’s gladly accepts returns from the Christmas Shop with original paid receipt as follows:
- Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and with its original tags: 100% refund by December 15th.
